Ingredients: Epsom Salt, Dried Flowers (Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula, Sage, Jasmine), Pink Himalayan Salt, Sea Salt, Small Soap Pieces, Wheatgrass Powder, Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Tips for using bath salts:
- For the shower: dissolve an amount equivalent to one tablespoon, in a container with approximately 2 liters of warm water, dissolve completely, let it rest for 10 minutes and remove like petals with a sieve. Pour from the neck down onto clean, wet skin at the end of the bath. Gently dry without rubbing the towel.
- For an immersion bath (in a bathtub): Dissolve about 2 to 3 tablespoons directly in the bathtub water.
- For a relaxing footbath: dissolve a tablespoon measure in a basin of warm water and massage your feet while the salts melt on contact with your skin.
